The Business Inn is appreciated for its spacious rooms, some feeling like one-bedroom apartments, often equipped with full kitchens and workspaces. The included breakfast is frequently praised for its extensive selection. While the location is convenient to Parliament Hill and restaurants, a few guests have found the elevators to be small.

I found the breakfast selection extensive. It had many different options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly. They were always available and eager to assist.
It took a while to get down during checkout with luggage. The room had no windows. The air became heavy even with the purifier running.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

convenient locationunpleasant odorcramped space
The location is convenient. I could walk to nearby attractions.
The room had a distinct, unpleasant odor. I suspect the carpets contributed to this issue. The breakfast area felt cramped. The limited space made it difficult to enjoy the meal.
